🔁 Return & Refund Policy for Bhavni Designs

At Bhavni Designs, we strive to provide high-quality sarees and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
⚠️ Due to the nature of sarees (fabric, color variations, and customization), we do not accept returns for reasons like slight color differences, personal dislike, or change of mind.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Customized or pre-stitched sarees (if applicable)
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is defective or incorrect, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability)
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
